Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Facile (“we”, “our”), the e-commerce platform at facile-dz.com and merchant storefront subdomains. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

Facile provides hosted online stores, checkout with cash on delivery and local payment gateways, integrations with Algerian delivery carriers, an AI chatbot for customer messaging, and analytics. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or regulated goods without proper authorization.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, money laundering, or deceptive practices.
• Send spam or abuse the messaging integrations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Abuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the platform or other stores.

Plans and payments

Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans are billed per cycle through the announced manual transfer methods (BaridiMob/CCP). You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice.

Third-party integrations

When you connect Instagram, Meta, Google, or carrier accounts, you grant only the permissions you approve and remain responsible for those accounts and their credentials. You may disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard, which stops further data processing through it. Third-party services have their own terms and availability outside our control.

Intellectual property

The platform, including software, design, and the Facile brand, belongs to us. Your store content (products, images, texts) belongs to you; you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, break the law, or remain unpaid, with notice where reasonable. On termination your stores go offline and data is handled per our retention rules.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new version with its date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
